About the Role
- Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, andprocesses for a particular Business domain / Function.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
- Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
- Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function / service area.
- Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve thedesired business value and impact.
- Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability andoptimal performance for responsible function / service area.
- Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc with right stakeholderrepresentation.
- Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for variousstakeholders for responsible function / service area.
- Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, andeffectiveness.
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact .
- Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.
- Business impact and value generated from TT solutions .
- Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices.
- Operations stability and effective risk management.
- Feedback on customer experience.
