We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Expert (m/f/d) who will be providing technical expertise in support of all issues linked to electronic batch records (eBRs). Your responsibilities will also include supporting Manufacturing Execution System deployment, implementation and continuous improvement in the Manufacturing Units and providing shop floor routine technical support.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Oblikovanje in izdelovanje elektronskih proizvodnih poročil (EBR) ob upoštevanju vseh zahtev kakovosti, stroškov in rokov.
- Sodelovanje pri uvajanju MES v vseh proizvodnih enotah.
- Sodelovanje pri posodabljanju proizvodne dokumentacije vzporedno s spremembami na EBR.
- Odpravljanje težav v proizvodnji z izvajanjem ustreznih takojšnjih korektivnih ukrepov v realnem času.
- Odgovornost za prenašanje tehničnega znanja MES v proizvodnjo.
- Opravljanje vloge enotne kontaktne osebe (SPOC) za odpravljanje večjih težav, izvajanje korektivnih in preventivnih ukrepov (CAPA), upravljanje nadzora nad spremembami in nadaljnje spremljanje ter ukrepanje v povezavi z MES informacijskimi sistemi v proizvodnji.
- Nenehno prizadevanje za izboljšanje učinkovitosti svojega dela in poenostavitev procesov.
- Prispevanje k nenehnim izboljšavam, in sicer s predlogi in sodelovanjem pri izvajanju oprijemljivih ter izvedljivih in učinkovitih ukrepov.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Zaželena visokošolska izobrazba kemijske, farmacevtske, ekonomske oziroma druge ustrezne smeri.
- Aktivno znanje angleškega in slovenskega jezika.
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
- Minimalno 1 leto ustreznih delovnih izkušenj. V primeru srednješolske izobrazbe minimalno 5 let relevantnih delovnih izkušenj.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za nedoločen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Your key responsibilities:
- Designing and creating electronic batch records (EBR) while considering all quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
- Collaborating on the implementation of MES in all production units.
- Participating in the updating of production documentation in parallel with changes to the EBR.
- Troubleshooting production issues by implementing appropriate immediate corrective actions in real-time.
- Responsible for transferring MES technical knowledge to production.
- Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for resolving major issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), managing change control, and further monitoring and action related to MES information systems in production.
- Continuously striving to improve work efficiency and simplify processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvements by proposing and collaborating on the implementation of tangible, feasible, and effective measures.
What you will bring to the role:
- Preferred higher education in chemical, pharmaceutical, economic, or other relevant fields.
- Active knowledge of the English and Slovene languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience. In the case of secondary education, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
