About the Role
- Develop a deep understanding in the respective therapeutic area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
- Support the team with stakeholder mapping, customer identification and education of key stakeholders for a specific therapeutic area
- Assist with analysis and interpretation of clinical and sales data.
- Participate in creating business plans and related activities such as customer events, presentations, and marketing campaigns to meet sales targets
- Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through omnichannel engagement.
- Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships & collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship.
- Work collaboratively with support functions to determine which resources best fits the customer and/or circumstances.
- Handle enquiries and complaints professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Novartis.
- Demonstrate behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practice.
Education:
University degree in Science, Medical, Pharma, or Veterinarian Sciences
Languages:
Written & spoken English essential. Arabic is a plus.
